Well today is the day! We left for Europe this morning at the wee hours of 5 AM from our house. (There may or may not have been some tears when I had to say bye to my fur babies...but I know they are in good hands) We left the Houston airport at 8 AM and landed at the Newark airport in New Jersey a little after one.
Thank you mom and dad for waking up so early and taking us to the airport...enjoy
Galveston
It was a scary landing with a lot of shaking, rattling, quick stopping...some screaming...but a miracle none the less to partake in flight and go from the south of the US to the north of the US in just three hours.
Now we are waiting at the airport, about to watch the world cup finals with Germany VS Argentina. Also, Kevin already spoke Swedish to someone and it was awesome to see their face when just a moment ago he was speaking English. YAY for LDS missions!!
Budget so far was $12 spent in the airport for food.
T-Minus 3 hours until our long flight to Stockholm!
